The deadline for all advertising slots is the 10th of the month for the following month's issue. Items received beyond our deadline will be used the following month, if still timely. All ads must be pre-paid, but billing arrangements can be made with advance notification and approval.

Scanned or digital photos should be emailed to the editor, but photos (hardcopy) are acceptable and will be returned. (Note: Photos with matte finish or screened prints will probably not reproduce as well as glossy prints.)

Ads may be submitted electronically or in hard copy (camera-ready). If not, additional set-up charges may apply.
